Previously, developed, enhanced, and maintained PowerBuilder applications that process NY State Personal Income Tax Forms. Programs display images utilizing external C DLL's. Workflow management is implemented by external C DLL's interfacing with Plexus FloWare. Additional duties have included technical lead in conversion from PowerBuilder 3.0d to 5.0.2. Performed duties of Team Leader from January-July 1996. Team consisted of permanent staff and consultants. Performed performance reviews, developed and maintained project plans, and developed staff.
