Since graduating from S.U.N.Y. Oswego with a B.S in 1968 and M.S. in 1969, Walter has been involved in the residential design and construction industry. As an independent Design Consultant, he has provided various builders, individuals, and firms with design, construction management and drafting services. The experience of being personally involved in over 2,000 residential, commercial, new construction and renovation projects has provided him with an extensive and thorough background in the area of project design, specification preparation, budgeting, estimating, construction management and project supervision. His work in the area of kitchen design was nationally recognized in 1985 with the receipt of the Berg Memorial Exceptional Performance Award presented by the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
