This picture of IC 1805, in the constellation Casseopia, was cropped from a larger image. The image was taken in my back yard in Wells, Maine. Two 90 minute exposures on Kodak Supra 400 negative film were combined to try to reduce the background grain and bring out the detail of the nebulousity. Much processing was required in Photoshop to bring out the red structure and reduce the background grain.
