The Isis Ancient Cultures Society advances knowledge and awareness of the Sacred Feminine through the study of mythology, archaeology, anthropology, and comparative religions.  Events, rituals and workshops reflect spirituality associated with earth-based religion, metaphysics and ancient cultures and religions in a modern or reconstructed context.  Using lectures and classroom formats, the performance of contemporary and ancient ritual and other experiential, art and cultural vehicles, knowledge of the Feminine, which has been repressed for thousands of years, comes alive and is relevant.  This inter-faith organization holds sacred the Universal Truths common to many global spiritualities, unencumbered by the dogma of organized religion.  As such, The Isis Ancient Cultures Society is affiliated with no one specific church.
