Kimber (New Jersey)
Kimber (new Jersey) will be turning 2 this May. He is
extremely playful, athletic, and a joy to have around. I've never seen a more
beautiful dog, his coat is so soft, this dog sleeps
on my bed simply for the fact that I use him as my blanket. During the time
spent as part of our family we learned he is a strong dog both physically and
mentally. On New Year’s day Kimber was diagnosed
with epilepsy. It has been so heartbreaking for our family to watch our
healthy dog have seizures. We can no longer give him the attention he
deserves because of our busy schedule, and because he requires a lot of it
nowadays. Kimber needs a home with people who can
love and enjoy him as much as we do.

Mr. Peabody (Maryland)
Mr. Peabody
(Maryland)
is a 2 yr old Australian Shepherd mix that was rescued from a high kill shelter
in the south. His tail is docked, he is neutered, he is UTD on shots and wormings, he is HW- and is on
preventative. He walks well on a gentle leader and is learning how to walk on
flat collar. He is active, but is also a loyal companion. He is good with
most dogs, but might be too much for young kids or cats. Since being at our
center, Mr. Peabody has gotten lots of training in general training as well
as agility. He would be a great working dog, or even just a pet that gets a
lot of interaction and training. He needs to have a job. He would do best in
a home that knows herding dogs like Aussies.
