Wellness Consultations
Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Or do you want to
make changes in your life that would keep you healthy? Rosann will conduct
a nursing assessment of your health status. She will make suggestions
that would help you find or keep health and wholeness.
Training in Healing and Transformation
This program combines the wisdom of many cultures and the work of present
day scientists and practitioners to teach simple but effective self-care
practices for restoring balance of body, mind and spirit. The practices
are intended to be used personally as well as to be incorporated into
work with others. They empower individuals to actively participate in
their own healing processes.
The practices include Tai Chi movement, meditation, breath
work, simple massage practices, polarity, visualization, energy exercises,
chakra theory and exercises, and acupressure protocols. The program
can be used with all age groups and different levels of physical and
mental ability. Several options are available for presenting this program.
It can be a single 2-3 hour intensive or multi-session offerings available
to various church or community groups. It can be in-service programs
designed to be used for staff members of health and social service organizations
to teach them practices they can use for themselves and with the people
they serve.
Introduction to Healing Touch
This two hour session presents the background on using energy for healing
and some simple techniques to use for self-healing. It includes the
theory of Healing Touch, an energy-based treatment that empowers clients
to activate their own energy systems for self-healing. Through this
session individuals can know whether they want to receive Healing Touch
or discover if they want further training in Healing Touch.
Labyrinth
The labyrinth is an ancient symbol of healing and transformation for
body, mind and spirit. Walking the labyrinth can be a powerful experience
for the person and the community. A guided session on the history and
spirituality of the labyrinth and instructions for walking it are available.
A 30X30 ft lightweight eleven-path labyrinth is available for group
rental.
Everywoman’s Journal Program
Rosann is a trained facilitator of the everywoman’s journal Program
available through the Wisconsin Women’s Health Foundation. This
2-1/2 hour workshop helps women stop a moment and think about how they feel
now so they can prevent disease later. Five areas are covered in the
workshop: self-awareness, grief and loss, interconnectedness of life,
mutual respect, and celebration of life. Participants learn journaling
techniques to increase their sensitivity and help them rediscover the
world—starting with themselves, and moving to their family, friends,
community and out to the world.
The workshop is designed for groups of 15 or fewer women.
It can take place in the home, church, library, community center or
any public meeting space. There is no cost to host or attend the workshop.

Self-Healing Practices for Body, Mind and Spirit
At different moments in our lives we have a need for healing and a return
to the balance of body, mind and spirit. This series includes explanation,
demonstration, and practice in Tai Chi, Breathwork, Visualizations,
