Deadlands is kitchen sink like in that it treats all religions as equally valid. While this may be politically correct, it doesn't match traditional western genres.
A specific campaign may define only specific religions as valid and thus able to produce Blessed. For example, a classic Western Genre would typically only consider Christianity and Judaism as valid religions.
If a miracle with this duration is requested during the day, it lasts until the next sunrise. If requested at night, it lasts until the next sunset.
This change makes the time span of the miracle more consistent and also provides for the classic prayers of the day against the coming night.
When applied to Range weapons this miracle will consecrate a full magazine or cylinder. Unloading a bullet from the weapon removes the consecration, i.e. it may only be used in the weapon it was consecrated for.
Single shot weapons may have seven rounds consecrated for it, such an effort counts as a single weapon. These may be use in other weapons of the same type..
Consecrated Armament provides no benefits if the wielder is not member of the Faith that invoked the miracle.
