Firearms and other weapons have a wider range of reaction to striking armor than is represented by the Reduced Penetration limit. To represent such a range, this new limited is added.
The limit multiples any resistant defense (and only
resistant defenses) by a specific amount. The target uses the enhanced armor to
calculate their total defense against the attack.

Example: a character with a 4 PD and 2 points Armor is
hit by a 2d6K attack with an Armor Effect of 2x. Damage rolled on the 2d6K is 7
with a stun multiple of 3 for a chest hit. The final result is 3 body (7 - 2*2)
and 13 Stun (7*3 - 2*2 - 4).
