The second annual Carolina Invitaional saw 51 players from 7 states compete for almost $15,000 in prize money. By all accounts, the tournament was a complete success! Special thanks go to Paul Weaver for an excellent lecture on slotting the 5-point after the opening roll. Thirty-five players attended the lecture! We also want to thank Bill Davis, Paul Weaver and Stuart Thomson for serving as the appeals committee. And, of course, thank you to all the players. You are the ones most responsible for the success of the 2002 Carolina Invitational!
