Each of our 33 rooms include

• Kitchenette with large counter top, kitchen sink, refrigerator and microwave

• Full size private bathroom

• Clothes closet

• Color TV Satellite channels

• Direct dial phones in each room

• Free incoming calls

• Dial up service for internet access

Nightly Rates start at:  $75.00 for single occupancy

                                            $80.00 for double occupancy

Weekly Rates start at:   $300.00 for single occupancy

                                              $325.00 for double occupancy

                         Check in: You are more than welcome to check in before 2:00 p.m. if the room is available. 

                        You may call the day of your reservation to see if this is possible.  You may schedule to check in until 8:45 p.m.

                        by appointment.  Should you need special arrangements to check in after hours, please contact our office so that

                        we can may accommodate you.

                         Required Deposit’s:

                        Security Deposit: Refundable $100.00. Security Deposit is due for all weekly rentals.  You may pay in cash, or you

                        can have your credit card authorized for this.  

                        Weekly Rates are for “housekeeping” units (we do not provide daily maid service)

                        We will provide you with clean linens and towels weekly. You can exchange your linens and towels for fresh

                        ones in the office.

                        Reservations require payment in order to be held for a guest.

                        No Refunds on pre paid rents.
