A view of the Bluewater Bridge - the border crossing between Port Huron, Michigan and Sarnia, Ontario.
BLUEWATER BRIDGE
In this picture I tried to show how clear the water is under the Bluewater Bridge...maybe you can see the rocks thru the water.
BLUEWATER
A giant ship coming from Lake Huron, traveling under the Bluewater Bridge and going down a hundred miles or so to the port in Detroit - or even into the lower Great Lakes and on to Eastern ports.
GIANT SHIP
City Hall in Toronto...too big to fit into the picture but I was up against a "wet paint" wall across the street so I couldn't back up!
CITY HALL
This picture doesn't really do it justice, but this is supposed to be the "World's Biggest Bookstore" in Toronto.
BOOKSTORE
Showing my best side while buying tickets to ride up the CN Tower in the glass enclosed elevators.
Steve buying tickets
The CN Tower in Toronto - over 1800 feet tall and billed as the world's tallest building. The elevators go up on the outside.
CN TOWER
The view from the CN tower as we sat at a table enjoying drinks.
TOWER VIEW
Another angle.
Kathy looking out
I didn't take this - it's a postcard - but I thought I would include it so you could see how huge the CN tower actually is - next to it is the Toronto Skydome and further back are some very tall skyscrapers that look tiny by comparison.
TORONTO
Alongside the walkways approaching Niagara Falls, and the clouds of spray being thrown up.
NIAGARA FALLS 1
Closer yet to the falls...
NIAGARA FALLS 2
And finally, as close as we could get without being drowned by the spray.
