Annie Visits Richmond!
In late 2005 and early 2006,
the internationally famous Orlando-based marketing consultant
(she's not a businesswoman)
Annie Bettler
made several short visits to Richmond, Kentucky.
This is the record of those momentous times.

Annie arrives in Louisville, accompanied by Danny.

After making their way to Ginny's house,

Annie attends traditional Christmas Eve service at First Christian
Church.

In a mutual burst of computerized picture-making,
Dad and Annie try out the new iSight camera on Dad's new iMac.

In still another burst of filial affection,
Annie returns to the Louisville airport for a third holiday visit.

In a burst of feline affection,
Azzie allows himself to be picked up and held.

In a burst of unbelievable coincidence,
Annie discovers program of musical play which Christopher played for.

In a burst of matrimonial frenzy,
Carrie, Mom, and Annie examine Carrie's new engagement ring.

In another rare combination of holiday spirit and hunger,
Betsy and Susan join Annie and family for dinner at Arlington.

In a secret burst of uncontrolled appetite,
Annie attacks Arlington salad.

In a not-unexpected burst of show business flair,
Betsy, Susan, Carrie, and Annie line up for the camera.

In a burst of fatherly pride,
Big Owl manages to assemble all three children
for lunch at J Alexander's.
Annie promises to return to Richmond again,
as soon as her busy international marketing schedule permits.
