Even though it wasn't really Big Owl's birthday
(that was the week before),
Kathie decided to give Big Owl a surprise birthday party.
Naturally, she invited Betsy and Susan.
Big Owl took Betsy's picture as she sat down to eat Kathie's good birthday food.
Betsy likes to have her picture taken.
Susan likes to mess with Betsy's mind sometimes.
Big Owl also took a picture of Susan as she sat down to eat Kathie's good food,
but Susan doesn't like to have her picture taken. Can you tell?

After his traumatic experience being locked up in the pet carrier,
Azzie sought comfort by warming up his head beneath the lamp shade.
