3rd Street Pier

High class dining on the Milwaukee River. Good food, good service, valet parking, and prices to match.

Bankok Orchid

Thai restaurant. Good food, casual atmosphere.

Brew City BBQ

Great ribs. Outdoor dining and bar. Lots of fun.

Buttler Inn

Casual dining. Good, inexpensive food. Close to Menomonee Falls.

China Gate

Outstanding buffet. Located near Northridge.

Corper’s 5 o’clock club

Easily one of the best restaraunts in Milwaukee. Downtown location, and absolutely the best steaks.

County Claire

Irish food. Downtown location. Good bar.

Eddie Martini’s

Fox & Hounds

Out in the country with an atmosphere to match. Somewhat rustic, but elegant.

Gengis Kahn Mongolian BBQ

Mongolian style stir fry. All meats and veggies are raw, and selected by the customer, then placed in a bowl. You then go to the grill and they cook it up while you watch. Wauwatosa location, near Mayfair.

Hal’s Rib House

Serious beef ribs.

Great Mexican food. Several locations throughout metro Milwaukee area.

Jerry’s

Jerry's gets my vote for best ribs in Milwaukee, even though it is actually in Germantown. If you have to venture out of the city and you like ribs, it is well worth the trip. Original, Jamaican, and Cajun sauces are available. Authentic German Bier Stube is right next door.

King and I

Great Thai food. Their specialty is Volcano Chicken. Located downtown and also on Good Hope.

Lou Bruno’s

Classy East Side Restaurant with a super high end bar.

Mykonos

Great greek food. It is served and priced like fast food, but it tastes like real food. Great for after bars, as they are open until 3 AM.

New China Buffet

The name says it all. Great chineese buffet.

North Shore Bistro

Very elegant, classy place with a good bar. Located in Mequon.

O’Danny’s

This place is great for Chicken or Ribs. They have a pub and a pit. The pit is a real BBQ pit, and they make some great food. By night, O'Danny's is a very happening nightspot, located in Milwaukee's Water Street District.

Pavillion

The only good things I can say about this place is that it is downtown, on Lake Michigan, and open 24 hours. The food is just so-so.

Pieces of Eight

Very scenic dining right on the shore of Lake Michigan.

Pizza Man

Outstanding Pizza. An eastside tradition. Very rustic. Huge and fantastic selection of fine wine.

Red Rock

Trendy, yuppie place specializing in seafood. Located in Shorewood. Good food, but a bit pricey.

Scotty’s Crab House

Scotty's specializes in seafood. It's like dining in someone's house.

Seigo’s

Japaneese food. Located in Brookfield.

Singha

Excellent Thai food. Very authentic.

Thai Kitchen

More excellent Thai food.

Wells St. Station

Located on Milwaukee's scenic river walk alon the Milwaukee River, Wells St. Station is an excellent drinking establishment, as well as a great place to grab a bite.

William Ho’s Lobster House

This place has great live seafood flown in from Boston daily.

Yen Ching

Good Chineese food
