We completed a FULL renovation in January 2006 where no surface was left untouched. The entire unit was demolished and rebuilt as new, with a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, all new appliances and new fixtures. Plus, we floored the entire unit with luxurious oversized Italian porcelain tile.
Our brand new kitchen includes new maple cabinets, granite counters and sink, large refrigerator, ceramic sealed-cooktop with oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, linens - everything necessary to feed your hungry hoard.

Our large new living room is freshly furnished, fully tiled and comes complete with a proper queen-size sleeper sofa, big screen TV, 5 foot Hunter ceiling fan and a BRAND NEW 24,000 BTU A/C unit ! (that's rated high enough for a 1500 sqft. house)
We do provide FREE BROADBAND INTERNET complete with a computer or, of course, you are welcome to use our WiFi connection if you prefer to bring your own !
Enjoy waking up in the king-size bed of your large fully tiled master suite with its own flat screen TV plus DVD/VCR, dedicated A/C unit and private lanai !
The master suite has its own bath complete with custom granite walk-in shower, Kohler fixtures, granite-top vanity and even a mini-fridge.
Our spacious second bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan and 24" flat screen TV complete with VCR and DVD player.
The brand new main bath has a granite-top vanity, Kohler fixtures and custom-tiled walk-in shower. We also provide a fully equipped laundry area complete with large capacity washer and dryer so there is no need to haul your clothes to a coin-op laundry !
Our unit is in the back corner of the B building, very central to the complex and right near the pool yet far removed from
the main traffic areas. Our back lanais are always a very tranquil respite from the hustle and bustle of the Kihei Riviera.

The Kihei Ali'i Kai is in the heart of South Kihei, set back from the noise of Kihei Road directly behind the Dolphin Plaza
and across from Kama'ole Beach Park I. It is a four 4-story building complex where buildings A & B are to the right and
left front and buildings C & D are to the right and left rear, respectively. Parking lots are located in front of A &
B and behind C & D with the private access road to the complex up the far side of buildings A & C. This makes
our unit, B108, as far from automobile activity as is physically possible !

The Kihei Ali'i Kai has a nice large pool, spa and even tennis courts.
The Kihei Ali'i Kai is right in the heart of South Kihei and walking distance to the best beaches yet set slightly back from
the action. This gives it a nice feeling of privacy and helps keep the Kihei Ali'i Kai one of south Maui's best kept secrets
