Our Ali'i Kai One Bedroom One Bath condo was FULLY renovated in January 2006 where no surface was left untouched. The entire unit was demolished and rebuilt as new, with a new kitchen, new bathroom, all new appliances and new fixtures. Plus, we floored the entire unit with luxurious oversized Italian porcelain tile.
This is the full 1BR apartment unit from our 2/2 Ali'i Kai condo and so shares a common outer hallway with our Ali'i Kai Studio Lockout. Two locking outside doors means double the security !
Our brand new kitchen includes new maple cabinets, granite counters and sink, large refrigerator, ceramic sealed-cooktop with oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, linens - everything necessary to feed your hungry hoard.

The all-new bath has a granite-top vanity, Kohler fixtures, and custom-tiled walk-in shower. We also provide a fully equipped laundry area complete with large capacity washer and dryer so there is no need to haul your clothes to a coin-op laundry !
Our unit is in the back corner of the B building, very central to the complex and right near the pool yet far removed from the main traffic areas. Our large, 150 square foot lanai is always a very tranquil respite from the hustle and bustle of the Kihei Riviera.

The Kihei Ali'i Kai is in the heart of South Kihei, set back from the noise of Kihei Road directly behind the Dolphin Plaza
and across from Kama'ole Beach Park I. It is a four 4-story building complex where buildings A & B are to the right and
left front and buildings C & D are to the right and left rear, respectively. Parking lots are located in front of A &
B and behind C & D with the private access road to the complex up the far side of buildings A & C. This makes
our unit, B108, as far from automobile activity as is physically possible !
