General Terms
$25 cleaning fee per stay. Please add 12.42% Hawaii Tax (not Keonekai Ohana). Pay by check, money order, travelers' checks or Paypal (transfer fees apply). All payments in U.S. dollars please.
A fully refundable $200 security deposit reserves your dates. After our quote, we reserve your dates once you confirm that your payment is on the way. We expect deposits within 5 mail days (10 from Canada) of your notification. Rent plus deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival. A $200 cancellation fee applies at 60 days prior to your arrival date. We provide a full refund for all cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, less the cancellation fee, if applicable. We refund cancellations made less than 31 days prior to arrival based upon the number of dates re-rented.
Check-in time is 3 PM, please check out by 11 AM.
Our properties are all smoke-free and there are no pets allowed, sorry.
Amenities
All units come complete with A/C, ceiling fans, full-sized washer/dryer units(not Studio), full kitchen including large refrigerator(not Studio),
dishwasher(not Studio), microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, linens etc., king or queen bed in the bedrooms, sleeper sofas in the main living areas, additional twin and/or full-sized portable floor mattresses available at no extra charge, cable TV, local phone with answering machine(not Studio or Ohana) and
a full entertainment center (DVD/VCR/stereo). Broadband internet access, hard-wired and WiFi, included free of charge.
As a bonus, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, coolers and any other "SunFun" items that we can think of are also
provided.
