| Strawberry/Banana Smoothie |
Blend together: 1 banana 1 6-8 oz container strawberry yogurt
1 small can pineapple juice |

Blend together: 1 banana 1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup fresh blueberries 4-6 oz vanilla yogurt or strawberry sorbet
Strain before drinking |

Blend together: 1 can pears (cold and not drained) 6-8 oz peach yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice dash ginger
Strain before drinking |
| Orange Wow |
Blend together: 1 cup milk 1 large scoop orange sherbert
1 packet Vanilla Instant Breakfast 1/2 cup ice cubes

| Peanut Butter Delight |
Blend together: 1 banana 2 big plops of peanut butter
6-8 ounces of vanilla yogurt 1 Tablesppon of chocolate syrup
Blend until proper consistency. May thin out with more yogurt. |

Blend together: 1 banana 8 ounces of vanilla yogurt
6 ounces of chocolate soy milk |
| Mexican Dinner |
Blend together: 1 can refried beans (with no add-ins)
1/2 jar mild/medium cheese whiz
1/2 can enchilada sauce
Optional: a plop of sour cream
Warm in microwave for about 40 seconds. This makes two servings and
also makes a great dip with nacho chips, if you're willing to share!
