ZAG

THE 18th SPHERE OF MY COLLECTION

COMPLETED SEPTEMBER 11, 2007

I purchased a 1760 gram fragment of this material from Ken Regelmen on August 7th.. I processed it into several slice & end cuts & a 502 gram sphere rough. I sent it to to John at The Rare Earth Trading Company & went into my normal holding pattern. The rough displayed fantastic brecciation and loads of metal so I was very excited. It was completed very quickly. At first, I wasn't sure if I liked it. The glare from the mirror like finish reflected so much light that it was difficult to make out any details. I decided to clean it with Bar Keepers Friend. The treatment was very effective. It reduce the glare just enough to clarify the brecciation & metal. I have several slices available for sale for $3 per gram
