Minimum Stay Requirements
ALL TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN THE LISTED PRICES.
All rentals are subject to a one time cleaning fee of $50.
All reservations are subject to a two-day minimum stay with the following exceptions:
Three-night minimum for December 17th-January 4th and March 4th-March 25th.

Cancellation Policies
For Dates Including April 1-Dec 13
A $50 fee will be applied to cancellations made fifteen days or more before your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made AFTER fifteen days before your scheduled arrival date are subject to a fee of 100% of the total rental costs.
For Dates Including Dec 14-March 31
A $50 fee will be applied to cancellations made thirty days or more before your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made AFTER thirty days before your scheduled arrival date are subject to a fee of 50% of the total rental costs within 29-16 days cancellation; a fee of 100% of the total rental costs apply for cancellations under 15 days notice.

Deposit & Balance Due Requirements
A 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required to confirm reservations
Full payment of Rental Fee is required 14 days prior to arrival.
All payments must be in the form of PayPal (preferred), Personal Check (please allow 7-10 business days for bank clearance), Cashier's Check or Money Order. There is a $40 fee on returned checks and arrangements other than personal check must be made to cover returned checks.
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 10:00AM. Strict adherence to the check-in/check-out times are essential for the benefit of all renters. Should you require an early check-in or late check-out, it is subject to availability approval and additional fees may apply.
