Pistachio Pudding

MIX:
2 cans crushed pineapple, (drained)
1 box pistachio pudding (or swiss mocha)

REFRIDGERATE 5 MINUTES
ADD
:
medium cool whip
1 cup marshmallows
1 cup pecans or walnuts

EAT!!!


   

 
      Humdingers
       
  MELT   1 stick butter
  ADD   3/4 cup sugar
      2 tbs. white karo syrup
  STIR   till boils
  ADD   16 oz. chopped dates
  TURN   fire on low stirring 5-8 minutes till melted
      - DON'T LET BURN
  TURN   fire off
  ADD   1 cup chopped pecans
      1 tsp. vanilla
      2 cups rice crispies
  LET COOL    
  ROLL   into balls
  SHAKE   in bag of powdered sugar.

No Bake Pumpkin Pie
( I DON'T LIKE PUMPKIN PIE, BUT I LOVE THIS!!!)

1 3oz. package cream cheese
1 cup plus 1 tbsp. cold milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip
2 pkgs. 4 oz. serving size vanilla instant pudding
1 16 oz. can pumpkin
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 6oz. ready made graham cracker pie crust
pumpkin pie spice - flavor to your own taste
  

  Mix cream cheese, 1 tbsp. milk and sugar with wire wisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on to the bottom of the pie crust.

Pour 1 cup cold milk into mixing bowl. Add both packages of pudding ot the milk and mix until thick. Let stand for a couple minutes. Stir in the can of pumkin. Add spices; mix well. Spread this layer over the cream cheese layer.

Refridgerate for atleast 2 hours before serving.

Makes 8 servings - (for a 9x13 pan, use whole container of cool whip and 8 oz. cream cheese)
