San Jose and the Mariana Island
The first earthquake shown here is from the October 31st,
2007
earthquake near San Jose. This was a 5.6 magnitude earthquake. It looks much
bigger than the second earthquake because it is much closer. The second
earthquake, just 30 minutes later, is from the Mariana Islands. This
earthquake was much stronger with a 7.2 magnitude.
