Children 2 & under free of charge.

RV SITES - All RV sites on and off the creek are 45.00 per night w/water & elec. (includes 2 people) - $10.00 extra for each additional person.  All RV sites are 2 night minimum on or off creek.

CREEK SITES - Tents sites 35.00 per night (2 people) - $10.00 extra for each additional person.  Limit of 2 tents per site (2 man tents). All creek sites are 2 night minimum on weekends, friday - sunday, holiday weekends 3 night min.

OFF CREEK SITES - 28.00 Per night (2 people) - $10.00 extra for each additional person.  2 night minimum. 

GROUP RATES -  available for Special Occasions, Birthday party , Bachelor parties, Anniversary, Family & Class reunions, Fishing & Kayaking Clubs and more !!  Large Fire Pit available for group events. Groups of 6 people or more will be charged the group rate.  call 845-688-7405   

 ALL SITES - Tent sites for one night on creek or off creek are ALL $35.00 if available. 2 people included (excluding group sites)  

DAILY USE PICNIC AREA - available on our campground located on the banks of the Esopus Creek, great for larger groups or a family day out. Call for reservations.  9am - 6 pm   Rates $5.00 per person.

Reservations

*****There is a 3 week notice for single site cancellations, $10.00 fee cancellation charge.

*****No Refunds for Cancellations less then 3 wks of reservations.

*****NO REFUNDS ON GROUP RESERVATIONS.

*****Reservations made for total people camping will be charged for the total amount of people unless authorized by Phoenicia Black Bear Campground. (Example...reservation for 10 people and less people check in, 10 people will be charged.)

INFORMATION BELOW MUST BE LISTED ON DESCRIPTION BOX AFTER MAKING SITE DEPOSIT OR NO CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT AND BOOKED.
