R/C Motor speed controller
    Using Ne544 and HexFets
      This circuit will drive a motor or motors that can draw up to  100 amps of current.
      I use it on a R/C Boat. I can make a lap around my 1 acre pond in 17 seconds.
      It uses 10 D cell (8000 mah) nicads as it power source.
      I know that you will have trouble getting the NE544 servo chip but it can be had.
         The circuit board is made by using a double cad PC board I used a paint pin to
      make the circuit runs on the bottom of the board. The H11B1 opts are used
     to protect the NE544 and the RC receiver.
