Trip Information and Rules
Trip
sign-up:
10:00
AM on the posted date.
1.
You must be a Member in Good Standing.
2.
You must have attended 2 Business Meetings
prior to the sign-up for the trip you wish to take.
If enough people do
not meet these rules, the trip will be opened to others in the following order:
If the trip is
filled, the extra people will be put on a stand-by list in the order they were
at the sign-up, but according to the above rules.
Any one on the
stand-by list who doesn’t get to go on that trip, will have first choice for
the following trip.
Types Of Trips

Payment is due at sign-up.
·
Initial sign-up and
deposit.
·
Final payment and seat selections at later
date.
Trips, their dates and
cost, will be announced at each Business Meeting and will be posted on the
bulletin board at the Center.
If you must
cancel after the final payment date, a replacement is required. If you do not get a replacement, we will
refund to you whatever portion
we are refunded. (We can assist you if there is a standby
list.)
Note: Trip Insurance is available for a reasonable fee.

to our attention.
Remember it is
only $2.00 a year to keep you a Member in Good Standing, (Pay your dues by March 15)
If you let your membership expire,
you will have to pay the $10 registration fee.
