Seashell Macaroni w/Bacon & Cheese

8 oz. shell macaroni
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced peppers
1 small can mushrooms, cut small (optional)
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz. can of diced tomatoes
8 oz. can tomato sauce
Cook and drain bacon. Add peppers, onions, and mushrooms
and sauté until onions are clear.
Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
Add bacon, dry mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook macaroni shells for 5-7 minutes. Drain.
Place macaroni in a casserole dish with 1/2 of the cheese mixed in.
Add sauce mixture and mix lightly.
Sprinkle rest of cheese on the top and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
