Hamburger & Potato Stew

This is a very easy meal and quite tasty!

4 potatoes, peeled and diced small
1 large onion, diced
1 pound ground beef

Place potatoes and onions in a medium sized pot and cover with water.  Bring to a boil.
Form small patties with the beef and add to the boiling water.  Cook about 10 minutes.
Season to taste.

Ladle out the meat and potatoes to serve.
