Seafood Fettuccini

Prepare scallops: 

Boil in salted water for a few minutes…. Strain and cool.
Marinade cooked scallops with a mixture of 1 part lemon juice and three parts water
.
Add a little garlic powder to the marinade….refrigerate for 2 hour
s.

Alfredo sauce: (make about 3 cups to serve 6 people)

¼ cup butter
1 cup  heavy
cream
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 ½ cups grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat.  Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add  Garlic, cheese and parsley…whisk quickly to avoid burning… add ¼ lb. cooked shrimp meat …and one can crab meat  (salad),  simmer on low heat to warm shrimp and crab.

Serve over cooked fettuccini noodles coated in butter and parsley flakes.
