Stuffed Lemon Paprika Chicken Breasts

4 Good sized skinless chicken breasts
Lemon Juice
Paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Bacon
Half and half Mozzarella and cheddar cheese
Sage

Slit chicken breasts to form pocket
Sprinkle pocket with sag
e
Apply generous coating of lemon juice to outside
Refrigerate for an hour
Insert bacon slice into pocket
Fill pocket with cheese mix
Sprinkle surface again with lemon juice
Apply generous sprinkling of paprika to surface
Bake in 350 degree oven for approx 1 hour.  Till cooked through
