Honey & Sesame Bars

This is a recipe a lady from Egypt shared with me.  The final result is SO tasty and energy-packed.  Easiest recipe on earth!

2 cups honey
2 cups sesame seeds

Boil honey until it reaches 250 F degrees on a candy thermometer.
Stir in the sesame seeds and continue cooking until seeds are golden brown and syrup is bubbling - about 265 F degrees on the candy thermometer.

Pour into a tray moistened with orange blossom water or buttered or greased.
Spread to about 1-inch thickness (or less).
When almost cool, cut into small diamond shapes, rectangular or squares.

Note:  To make it more economical, use a cup of honey, a quarter cup water and a cup of sugar plus the sesame seeds.
