Orzo Salad (orzo)
- Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice.
- Cook pasta (check box, but probably around 8 minutes) and rinse with cold water.
- Put pasta in a large bowl and add the oil, vinegar, and lemon juice mix to the pasta to keep it from sticking.
- Chop and mix herbs.
- Cut carrots, broccoli (including peeled stalks) or celery, and onions or shallots, into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients into the pasta and refrigerate.
