Orzo Salad (orzo)
  1. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice.
  2. Cook pasta (check box, but probably around 8 minutes) and rinse with cold water.
  3. Put pasta in a large bowl and add the oil, vinegar, and lemon juice mix to the pasta to keep it from sticking.
  4. Chop and mix herbs.
  5. Cut carrots, broccoli (including peeled stalks) or celery, and onions or shallots, into small pieces.
  6. Mix all ingredients into the pasta and refrigerate.
