My first personalized plate. Danny's signature (in red at the bottom) faded away over the years and carwashes

My second one...

My signed electric kitty shirt. It took me a long time to gather all these signatures (this was before the after show pass days...)

Pumpkin head that Danny wore as a hat as they took the stage for a Halloween performance (probably in 1986 or 1987). The mask was Hernandez's and he gave it to me one time when I helped him clean out his storage unit (I had Danny sign it at the next show).

Another look

Signed Dark At the End of the Tunnel poster. Avila gave this to me.

The close up shows that this is number 164 of 200 of these

John used to give away quite a few used drum heads signed by the band. The day I helped him clean out his storage unit he gave me 8-10 of them. I gave many away, but here's what I have left. This one's a 16" control sound (black dot) that he would have used on a secondary snare. It's pretty old given the signatures of Ribbs and Kerry Hatch

This is a 14" coated snare head. More recent with Avila's signature, it's missing Leon and whoever was playing keys at that point

This is another old one and is a clear 15". I never knew John to play any 15" drums, but it was probably a tom

Another older 16" black dot. The arrow is for alignment purposes--usually pointed to another arrow on a different drum.

The shirt from my first show

Remember this one?

And this one?

Deena and I bleached our black matador shirts (that we bought the night before at a show) to a beige color. We wore these to the after show party the next night and someone came up and asked where we got them. I lied and said from the band. Little did I know it was Sean Riley (from merchandising) who was asking and he called my bluff. I came clean and he thought they were cool (and was glad that it wasn't a bootleg).

Boingo lip synched some telethon at Universal Studios at some point (probably 1987) and
we had Vatos come over to one of the photos booths. This shirt was one of the results (front)

Here's the back

LP of radio broadcast Live in Phoenix 1983

BOI-NGO in a box (not very rare I know, but still cool collectible)

10 inch EP

L.A. IN LP. This compilation contains "I'm Afraid" and sports Boingo on the cover. I understand this to be the first official release of Oingo Boingo (not Mystic Knights) material. It's never been opened and was a gift from Jeff Himmel.

Business card I had made for John with photo I took in 1986
