Were all Crilleys Roman Catholic?

While most of us think that Crilleys from Ireland may all be Roman Catholic, there is a good possibility of those in the Ulster area coming from Protestant Roots.

http://www.proni.gov.uk/ulstercovenantsearch.

Those who signed the Ulster Covenant in 1912 in favour of home rule from England were Protestant. Take look if you have family still in Ireland at that time. Search separately for individual spellings - Crilley/Crilly/Creily/Creilly/Crelly and any other variations that might have (correctly or incorrectly) been entered in the records

My Crilley Family

Our branch of the CRILLEY family originated in Ireland, with Matthew and Mary McCarthy Crilley who emigrated to Lancashire, England, probably around 1836. Around 1872, (he was in the 1871 UK census) William F. came to western Pennsylvania. There he married Mary Virginia Pulliam who had come with North with her brothers from Fredericksburg after the Civil War.
