3/16: Silver and Gold has been named a finalist in Foreword Reviews' Book of the Year Awards! And a Finalist and 3rd Place finisher in the Next Generation Indie Book Awards.
2/21: Action Comics #1 (superman's first appearance) sells for $1M (followed days later by Detective Comics (Batman's first appearance) selling for $1.075M... I had a recent story about a couple that finds vintage Action Comics in their basement - and what happens when they try to sell them, but even I understimated the value... 10/18: Just returned from the Screenplay Expo in Los Angeles, and pitching my scripts to production companies and directors. Great experience! And hopefully generated some interest...
10/15: My screenplay "Roadside Assistance" has won a Genre Award (and placed in the top 10) in Creative Screenwriting's 2009 Expo Screenplay Contest. Also earned an Honorable Mention (top 10 out of 700) in a separate Horror Screenplay Contest.
10/10: Variance Publishing has started the publicity for The Morpheus Initiative...
