Before  ........     and     ........   After

Galley kitchen. All cabinets were removed.
Sink/dishwasher/fridge moved to outer wall under window. R&R vinyl floor/subfloor.
All new (Ikea) cabinets/range hood.
Plumbing/Electrical/Gas/Tile via outside contractors.


Poor support lead to major sags. Most joists were falling. 4x4 Posts were set in dirt. Rotten sill under kitchen window. R&R siding, replaced sill/studs.
All new 6x6 corner posts, 4x6 line posts, Deck Band bolted to house structure, copper flashing installed at house.  All rot repaired & siding replaced.

Leaky patio door caused major rot in sill/subfloor.  All rot replaced, outer siding removed, installed new door framing, waiting for inspection.
Outer siding, door & trim installed, wall ready to paint.
