Annual Meeting, May 24th. |
The Country Villas Homeowners Association is a prestigious neighborhood in southeast Carrollton, Texas. We were incorporated in 1974 and consist of an area of 25 acres just south of Keller Springs Road approximately 3/10 mile west of Marsh Lane. Our community includes 181 homes. Both townhomes and single family homes are included. Facilities include a swimming pool, a tennis court and a clubhouse with exercise room and sauna rooms. We are managed by an elected Board of Directors. The Directors, who serve on a volunteer basis, are elected at our annual meeting held the fourth Thursday in May of each year. The association provides maintenance of the common facilities, landscaping and exterior painting. An architectural committee assures that the overall appearance and integrity of the community is maintained. Here are typical summaries of our income and expense distributions.
The Association Board of Directors can be contacted by mail at 2708 Meadowstone Ct., Carrollton, TX 75006, by email at CountryVillas@aol.com, or by phone at 972-418-6614. The meetings of the Board are on the first Monday of each month. Association members and visitors interested in our community are always welcome. See our latest newsletter.
If you are interested in our community please review our By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. If you have problems downloading this pdf document, here is a copy in unformatted text.
The clubhouse is available for rent to members in good standing. If you would like to have an event, you can check the calendar for availability. It is not available for rent on the summer holidays when the pool is in heavy use by residents. Please review the rules.
All current swimming pool issues have been resolved. If you know of any new concerns, drop us an email, or phone the hotline at 972-418-6614.
