About Us

We provide a home inspection based on the Standards of Practice established by the NC Home Inspector Licensure Board. We use the latest technology to produce a computer-generated report that includes digital photographs.

Eric Coates

Eric Coates is the President of Detailed Home Inspections Inc. He has been issued Home Inspector License # 722 and has been inspecting homes since 1997. Eric teaches a course at Wake Technical Community College on how to perform a home inspection and teaches Continuing Education courses for Home Inspectors. Eric is a member of the NC Licensed Home Inspector Association. He is the past President of the Triangle Chapter of NCLHIA and serves on the Board of the association.

Don Rogers

Don Rogers joined Detailed Home Inspections Inc. in May of 2007 after a 37 year career with NC state governement. Don has been issued Home Inspector License # 2497 and has been inspecting homes since 2006. Don is a member of the NC Licensed Home Inspector Association and of the Power Partners Chapter of BNI (Business Networking International).
