About Us

We provide a home inspection based on the Standards of Practice established by the NC Home Inspector Licensure Board. We use the latest technology to produce a computer-generated report that includes digital photographs.

Eric Coates

Eric Coates is the President of Detailed Home Inspections Inc. He has been issued Home Inspector License # 722 and has been inspecting homes since 1997. Eric teaches Continuing Education courses for Home Inspectors and teaches a course at Wake Technical Community College on how to perform a home inspection. Eric is a member of the NC Licensed Home Inspector Association and serves as the Vice President of the association.  Eric is the past Secretary of the association and the past President of the Triangle Chapter of NCLHIA.
