Songs for these playlists are pulled only from CDs considered worthy of owning. One-hit wonders and CDs of inconsistent quality are intentionally avoided. The hope is that listeners will be happy with CD purchases made after hearing the music on EB Radio. There is of course still no guarrantee you'll like all the CDs featured, but if you favor guitar oriented contemporary electric blues it certainly improves the odds. Although The HiBand and LoBand playlists are filled from the same library of songs, each station is updated separately and contains mostly different songs at any given time, so HiBand listeners can switch to the LoBand station for additional variety. Also, playlists are shuffled after each pass, so you'll never know what's coming next.
