Although I feel it is totally unnecessary I will post the Genealogy of those that are listed here, all and I do mean all descend by blood. However allow me to give you a bit of food for thought. Genealogy can be found at the Following The word Wannabee is something you are not and is offensive to those of us who know who we are. It is bad enough to have our existence questioned by the Government but when those within our own ranks buy into the ideology it is a hurting thing. I post this at the request of my people and until such times as I see your works toward solving the current problems, I respectfully request that you stop the wannabee attacks. I will defend to the death your rights to say what you have to say but first know of what or who you speak. I read a post that said take my hand and follow me, what popped into my head at that very moment, isn’t that what Jim Jones said just before he passed out the Kool-Aid. You do not have to agree with the methods we are taking, however Dr. Pratt’s “Another palpable approach to circumventing the barrier created by tribal sovereign immunity is to pursue legal action in a way that does not make the tribe an indispensable party. A petition filed by freedmen descendants with the BIA that does not seek membership in established tribes but rather seeks federal recognition of the freedmen descendants as an independent tribe would be one way for black Indians to gain recognition of their Indian heritage.” I began this quest 3 years ago thus Dr. Pratt and I have drawn the same idea. Our opinions only differ in the outcome. To say there is No such thing as Freedmen Nations, requires that you you re read the Treaties of 1866 in its entirety you may just find that statement to be false.
