that I've taken with my new camera

For the most part, I was just playing around with aperture settings to see the result on depth of field by putting the camera in "aperture priority" mode and altering the aperture. I let the camera handle the shutter speed.

Unfortunately I didn't notice until after I took the pictures that I had fixed the ISO to 800. Had I set the camera to "auto" the shots would probably be that much crisper. Oh, and the first few I forgot to turn on the VR (vibration reduction) for the lens.

I'll get it all straight eventually. ;)

I should probably alo mention that I haven't altered the pictures in any way, either in the camera or with software. What you see is what I shot. I'll get to playing with those components later.
