Angel Biscuits

1 cup
self-rising flour
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tblsp fat free mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray muffin tin with non stick cooking spray.
Stir
ingredients together and fill eight muffin cups.
Bake fo9r 18-20 mins or until golden brown.
(I double this cause the family loves them as well.)
