Apple Crisp

6 large  apples -- cored sliced (about 8 cups)
1/3 cup  firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup  flour
1/2 teaspoon  ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons  butter or margarine
1 cup  POST GRAPE-NUTS Brand Flakes -- lightly crushed
                       
PLACE apple slices in 8-inch square baking pan.
Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon in large bowl.  Cut butter into flour mixture until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Stir in cereal; sprinkle over apples.
                       
BAKE at 375F for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm.
