BOSTON CREAM TRIFLE
7 Cups of Skim Milk
2 Boxes of Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding (6 Points)
2 Boxes of Sugar Free Vanilla pudding (4 Points)
1 tub (8 ounces) Of Fat Free cool whip (10 Points)
15 ounces of
Angel food Cake (24 points)

Combine 3 1/2 of Skim Milk with The Vanilla Pudding in one mixing bowl.   

Mix and set in the fridge. 

 

In another combine and mix 3 1/2 cups of Skim Milk with the Chocolate Pudding. 

Put that one in the fridge, too.  Let them thicken in the fridge.

 

Now tear up half of the angel food cake and put the in at least a 2 1/2
quart punch bowl or pot make sure you pat it down a little.

 

Now put the vanilla pudding on top the angel Food Cake that was torn up.

 

Now tear up the other half of the Angel food Cake and put on the Vanilla

pudding and pat down very gently.

 

Now put the chocolate pudding on top.

 

Top with the Cool Whip.

 

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

 

The only reason I used 15 ounces of Angel Cake was because
Sam's club sells a 30 ounces
Angel food Cake.
