Brenda’s Pizza
Manitoba, Canada

This is the dough for in the bread machine: (put these in order)

- 11 ounces of warm water
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 3 Tablespoons of oil (I use Crisco Canola oil)
- 4 cups flour (I use just regular flour)
- 2 teaspoons yeast

Set on dough setting on bread machine....... This dough will make enough for 2 pizzas.

When finished, I split the dough... although, I take a smaller portion of the dough for my pizza.... instead of splitting it 50/50, I split it about 60/40.... that way I can have a thin crust. My husband likes his thick which works out.

I use tomato sauce for the sauce and sprinkle Italian seasoning all over it.

On my pizza, I use pre-packaged pepperoni... a "Northern" brand... lol.... none of you people in the south will have any Northern stores! It's an affiliate of "NorthMart" stores... which you probably never heard of!! lol   Check the label. You can use any toppings you wish.

On my husband's pizza, he gets more variety of meat and more cheese than I do.....

On mine... I use low-fat cheese... Kraft... and use just enough to cover my pizza. It turns out very crispy with lots of tomato sauce!! MMMMM

And I didn't add that I bake it in the oven at 420F until it smells good... I never timed it... just checked on it when I could start to smell it..... ummm, maybe 10-12 min.

Then I let it rest for about 5 min so when I cut into it, the sauce doesn't leak out everywhere. (I like lots of sauce!)

We usually have left-overs.... I like mine cold but hubby likes his reheated in the microwave.....
