Broccoli Casserole
4 oz noodles
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1 bunch of broccoli, cleaned and steamed
1/2 cup steamed
sliced mushrooms
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1 cup sour cream
Cook the noodles according to package
directions. In a
medium saucepan,
melt butter and mix in salt,
pepper and noodles. In a separate dish,
mix the broccoli and mushrooms. Combine the
chicken and sour cream. In a
small casserole dish, arrange half of the
noodles. Add the
meat mixture
and broccoli. Top off with the rest of the
noodles.
Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
