Bubble Pizza WW
Six servings @ 4 Points

8 oz. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can drained sliced mushrooms, (fresh if you have them)
1 3/4 cups (1-15 oz can) Hunt's Chunky Tomato Sauce
1 teaspoon pizza or Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Splenda
1 (7.5-oz) can Pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk biscuits cut into quarters
1 cup (4 oz) Kraft shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large skillet sprayed w/ olive-
flavored cooking spray, brown
meat, cook onion until translucent,
add mushrooms.


Then add tomato sauce and seasonings to the
meat.

 

Meanwhile, cut biscuits into quarters. Evenly place biscuit pieces in

a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate sprayed with olive-flavored cooking spray.

 

Pour meat sauce over biscuits. Sprinkle top w/ mozzarella cheese.

 

Bake for about 30 minutes or until biscuits are done. Place pie plate on
a wire rack and let set 5 minutes before serving. Cut into 6 pieces.
