ground beef or turkey
2 cups chopped cabbage
1/2 cup chopped onions
2/3 cups uncooked rice
3 cups canned diced tomatoes
2 tbsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp brown TWIN sugar or 2 pks Equal or Sweet N Low
BROWN meat, discard any fats,spray a 8x8 baking dish with Pam. Layer cabbage, onions, meat, rice. Mix tomatoes with mustard, and sugars POUR OVER LAYERS .
Bake 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours then uncover and bake an additional 10 min.
