2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup (Healthy Request)
16 - 1 oz Chicken Breast pieces
8 oz FF Sour Cream
7 FF Tortillas
Green Chilies or Jalapenos
Grated Cheese
Add the sour cream and soup together. Save 1 cup of the mixture and set aside. Add in the cooked chicken to the soup mixture. Fill tortillas. Add the reserved soup mixture to the top of the enchilada and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for about 30 min or so at 350 degrees.
