2 lb of frozen
veggies (Broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mixture)
3 cans Fat-Free
Chicken Broth
1 can of Mild
Rotel tomatoes
10 oz. Light
Velveeta
Dump all
ingredients (EXCEPT VELVEETA) in the pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to
medium and cook for 4 more minutes. Add 10 oz of Light Velveeta in small
pieces (to melt faster). When it's melted in, you're ready to eat
