Mix
together to form a paste:
1 1/2 T chili powder
1 T unpacked brown sugar
2 t ground cumin
1 t garlic powder (I used more, but I'm a garlic
fanatic)
2 T Worchestershire
Rub on Boneless Lean Pork Chops
Place under the broiler for 4 minutes on each side
or until no
longer pink in the middle.
I cut these into strips after they were done and
made soft tacos out
of them with a "salsa" that I made from scratch
(two kinds of tomatoes,
onions, green onions, garlic, cucumber and
cilantro, all diced and
mixed together. I put a tiny bit of lime
juice, just enough to wet
it. I didnt want to add points). Add
some garlic cheese.
